Good to know: Additions and comments
The mentioned prices are in Euros per day and apartment including bed clothes, towels, bath towels for pool and sauna, bathrobes for the adults, dish towels, dishes and cookware, full costs for energy, W-LAN and one parking space (two spaces for the grand apartments) in our underground car parks (one in the house and one 300 m away).
Furthermore you have free use of the panoramic indoor swimming pool, wellfeeling area, play facilities for children and funroom.
Most chill lounges can be used - separated by a curtain - as an additional bed (bookable only for one child born in 2009 or later in summer 2024 and born in 2010 or later in winter 2024/25).
For your baby we offer a cot, bed guard, child’s chair, toilet seat for kids, baby bath tub and bottle warmer for free use (please specify when booking).
Unfortunately we cannot permit pets because we also have to consider allergic guests. We kindly ask for your understanding.

With this card you can use the cable cars and the shuttle bus in Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis, the wide hiking and biking offers and a variety of attractions for families during your stay (including the day of arrival and departure)

Also not included are any costs for massages, physiotherapy, washing machine, dryer, telephone usage, as well as compensation for loss or damage of inventory.
Check in / Check out: Your apartments are ready to use at 4pm on the day of arrival and must be left at 10am on the day of departure.
Booking modalities:
After receiving your deposit according to our confirmation of reservation you will receive a guaranteed booking confirmation.
Payment:
“Free of expense for receiver” on our bank account at Volksbank Tirol AG, IBAN: AT 59 4239 0005 0003 7264, BIC/SWIFT: VBOEATWWINN. The remaining amount can be paid prior to your arrival via bank transfer or at least one day before your departure on site in cash or by using your European debit card (Maestro). Please notice that we do not accept any credit cards.
Cancellation conditions:
Free cancellation up to 3 month before arrival, you will receive your deposit back,
from 3 month to 1 month before arrival 40%
from 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70%
within the last week before arrival 90%
and in case of no-show, late arrival and early departure 100% of the rental price is payable.
In case of re-letting of the apartment, we will not charge any cancellation costs, you will only be charged a handling fee of EUR 25.-.
Travel cancellation insurance:
No doubt you are looking forward to your holiday. However, anything might happen before you set off. To avoid unnecessary expenses in case of cancellation and mountains helicopter rescue we recommend protecting yourself with the Hotelstorno Plus or the extensiv Hotelstorno Premium insurance.
