The mentioned prices are per day and apartment and include bedclothes, towels, bathtowels for pool and sauna, dishtowels, dishes and cookware, full costs for energy and one space (two spaces for the grand apartments) in our underground car park. Furthermore you have free use of the panoramic indoor swimming pool, sauna area, play facilities for children, funroom and mountainbikes.

For your baby we offer a cot, child’s chair, toilet seat for kids, baby bath tub, bottle warmer and kettle for free use.

Furthermore included is the SUPER.SUMMER.CARD.

With this card you can use the cable cars and shuttle bus in Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis and you can take part in a rich leisure program with guided walking tours and children animation free of charge.

Not included are the visitor's tax (EUR 1,33 per day and person up to the year of birth 1994) and costs for sun beds, massages, physiotherapy, internet, wireless LAN, gaming machines, washing machine, dryer, telephone usage, cleaning as well as compensation for loss or damage of inventory.

Unfortunately we cannot permit pets because we also have to consider allergic guests. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Your apartments are free at 4pm on the day of arrival and must be left at 10am on the day of departure

After receiving your deposit according to our confirmation of reservation you will receive a guaranteed booking confirmation.

The remaining amount can be paid prior to your arrival via bank transfer or at least one day before your departure on site in cash or by using your European debit card (Maestro).

Please notice that we do not accept any credit cards.

For cancellations by 2 month before your arrival, you receive back your deposit less a service charge of EUR 25,-- per apartment.

For cancellations by 21 days before your arrival we charge you for 3 nights.

For cancellations at a later date, no-shows, too late arrival or earlier departure we charge you 90% of the total agreed price.

If we can rent the apartment to somebody else we do not charge cancellation fees, but a service charge of EUR 25,-- per apartment.

General terms and conditions for the hotel business (AGBH 2006) are valid,

(except in §4 end of accommodation and §5 cancellation fee)

In case anything might happen we recommend to take out a travel cancellation insurance.

The package "Hotelstorno Plus" of Europäische Reiserversicherung bears the costs for:

- cancellation fees if you are unable to make the trip

- cancellation fees for termination of your journey

- delayed commencement of your booked stay

- if you have to extend your stay involuntarily

- search and rescue costs in the mountains including helicopter rescue
