You choose how spacious your holiday room should be: Accommodation units for 2 to 11 people are available. Studios for two to three people, suits for 4 to 5 people and our grand apartments for six to eleven people.
All new apartments are equipped elegantly and comfortably and have a fully equipped kitchen with a glass-ceramic cooktop with four hotplates, microwave (in studios and suits) or oven (in grand apartments), dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, enough plates and pots.
Telephone, SAT-TV, wireless LAN, room safe, hairdryer, furnished loggia looking into the south. Only the suites “Economy”, “Basic” and “Terra” have a balcony looking into the east, the grand classic have a terrace facing the south.

Whatever you call the concept – puristic or stylish – we have not done without comfortable details and we have concentrated on the most important: the wellbeing. Undisguised room. Open space, free room to live is the main thought of the architecture in the Pezid. The architects Giner, Wucherer and Pfeifer especially created the ©hill lounges for studios and suits to serve this purpose: free space. Thus you can enjoy the marvellous day in the Tyrolean mountain world while lying in the ©hill lounges and looking at a sunset. Beneath the lying area you will find the double bed which can easily be transferred into the room with its rollers. Thus the guests can enjoy the spacious room feeling and a comfortable bed room. Most ©hill lounges can be separated by a curtain during night and thus be used as a separate sleeping possibility for another person (bookable only for one child: Summer season 2011: up to year of birth 1996; Winter season 2011/12: up to year of birth 1997).

You will perfectly see this in the panoramic indoor swimming pool high above the roofs of Serfaus: fascinating mountain ranges, water at the right temperature, enough space – symbols for relaxing, regeneration and holiday joy. The pool is 7 times 13m - sufficient for sportive fun.
A few steps downstairs you will find the wellbeing area – a relaxing zone with a Finnish sauna, steam bath, sanarium, gust shower, relaxing area, fresh air room and sun beds. Ideal to relax after an adventurous day, to regain new engery or to simply enjoy a nice day.
In the Pezid PhysioRevital which is next to the indoor swimming pool, the guest can enjoy various massages and if needed physiotherapeutical treatments on the highest level. You will again feel calmness, energy and the joy of life.

Indoor activities: Variety delights life
With various active facilities we satisfy our guests’ needs, especially our families’ needs for entertainment. You feel well when your soul is laughing. And entertainment, games and fun are major points when booking a holiday. Thus we built the fun room with billiard, table football, various gaming machines, internet station, TV and video as well as a game collection and video shop.
For children we have an own game room with a slide and many other facilities for sheer fun. Guests who love sport can play matches in the table tennis room. This should be enough because in Serfaus you have various outdoor possibilities in summer as well as in winter. You will not find enough time to see all of the attractions and possibilities.
